Our gear reducers include parallel-shaft, perpendicular-shaft, and worm gear reducers. In addition, each type of reducer is divided into specific models according to the shaft arrangement, transmission power, and speed ratio, etc., to precisely meet the requirements of the equipment being used.
1. Design Standards
Our gear reducers comply with the Draft Dam & Weir Facility Technical Standards (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and the Japan Association of Dam & Weir Equipment Engineering).
2. Transmission Mechanism
By using our uniquely developed hyper gear for power transmission with highly curved gears, the tooth surface and flank strength is improved, significantly reinforcing transmission power.
3. Safety Device
The worm reducer uses a self-locking worm, automatically locking itself when shutdown.
Our gear reducers are equipped with inspection covers (lubrication port), sluice valves (oil drain plug), and oil gauges, making them easy to inspect and maintain.
5. Condensation Check
If necessary, the equipment can be installed with a manual pump to spray lubricating oil on bearings and gears to prevent condensation.
6. Actual Load Test
We are fully equipped with loading motion and efficiency measurement test equipment, so actual load tests can be performed upon request.
The strength of the gears, which are the main part of the gear reducer, conforms to AGMA (American Gear Manufactures Association) standards. Our gear reducers conform to international standards, which provide users with peace of mind.
