Saves on Space and Maintenance, and Reduces Costs
In recent years, there has been a need, as demanded by society for civil engineering facilities, to ensure safe rivers and reduce construction costs.
To meet this demand, we have made a series of rack-type opening/closing equipment that is larger in size, easy to operate, and more reliable in terms of safety.

Features
1.Easy Operation
No need to switch between electric or manual.
Doing away with the switch device means the interlock circuit, which was required in the past, is no longer necessary.
2.Saves Energy
As with conventional types, the main reduction gear uses a helical gear system, which is highly efficient and does not waste energy.
3.Complete with Safeguards
The Accu Lift is installed with the following safety devices:
- Overload detector that operates in both electric and manual modes
- Upper and lower limit restriction device
- Emergency upper limit detector
- One-meter rack bar cover
The Accu Lift also has an automatic self-lock system that uses a mechanical brake to make it absolutely secure.
4.Dead Weight Drop
It is possible to lower the gate just using the lever and the weight of the door body without any drive power.
It can also be operated by remote control (optional).
5.A Wide Range of Options
Optional extras include a synchro transmitter and potentiometer.
This makes it possible to send an opening signal externally, making it easy to check the opening remotely.
Used together with our mounted control panel enables operation just with the installation of the switchgear, helping to reduce installation costs.
6.Extensive Product Lineup
The Accu Lift comes in a wide range of models, including eight 20–125kN single-lift, and sixteen 30–1,000kN electric double-lift models. (315kN and above models come with a lubricator.)
7.Design Standard
The strength of all parts is designed in accordance with the Draft Dam & Weir Facility Technical Standards.
